fix(avatar-sharing): screw it, 1.3.3 backwards compat isn't working at

the router level anyway. Besides, avatar sharing hasn't worked via
addthis for a while, so we don't need this

Change static module name to habitrpgStatic.
...
The way the tests are written now, the habitrpg module definition in static.js
was clobbering the one in app.js. In other words, most of the tests weren't
testing what they thought they were testing.

APIv2: add paths /api/v2/* and /api/v1/*. v1 has limited deprecated routes (only the things I know currently work), and we'll notify 3rd-partyists to migrate to apiv2 once it's documented and tested
