Morning Star. Removed the line awarding the Tunic (armor_special2).

Previously, all seasonal event helms except Winter were priced as third-tier instead of fourth-tier headgear. Now Spring and Summer headgear costs 60, same as penultimate class headgear and Winter headgear.
